It’s made from a blend of 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella grapes that are macerated on the skins for 12 hours before fermentation in stainless steel. Expect notes of tart raspberries and cherries with a zesty citrus finish. Perfect alongside pasta salads or calamari!
