This blend of organic, sustainably grown Grenache and Cinsault are fermented with neutral yeast in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Stored in the same tanks until ready for bagging and boxing—reflecting the ingenuity of boxed wine that allows for maximum freshness, as well as maximizing sustainability. An easy-drinking, light rosé that is full of red berry fruits. Best served with refreshing, light foods to match. Think summer salads, shrimp carpaccio, or even a seared tuna steak.
