A structured, full-bodied wine with the elegant tannins characteristic of careful barrel ageing. Notes of oak, vanilla, tobacco, black fruit and earth. A great wine which deserves patient bottle ageing. Aged for 30-36 months in barrels coopered exclusively by Guigal, 50% of which were new, and bottling without fining or filtration.
