"No Es Pituko is a project of the Echeverría family, who began growing grapes and other crops in Chile in the 1740s, and transitioned into sustainable and natural winemaking in the '90’s. Colloquially translated as “it ain’t fancy,” No Es Pituko wines are made simply, with minimal intervention, which allows their wines to reflect the character of the grapes. Made from 100% País, their rosé is bright and tangy, with aromas of grapefruit and leading to notes of cranberry and hibiscus, and a dry finish. Pair with salt-roasted mackerel or dirty rice with mushrooms."
