
Gaspard has wonderfully distinctive aromatics - herbaceous, grassy, citrusy, lemon zest, with a zippy acidity and lively fruit on the palate. In France, the apex of Sauvignon Blanc production is the Loire Valley, in the appellations of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Touraine is right next to Sancerre’ but the wine comes at a fraction of the price. Pair with pan fried lemon sole, or a roasted artichoke salad!
