Made from 100% Altesse grapes, the alpine climate gives this wine a signature racy acidity and pronounced minerality. Medium-bodied with bright stone fruit flavors, a dry finish, and lovely flavors of hazelnut, almond, and lemon peel. Works beautifully as an aperitif, or as a compliment to escargot with garlic butter."
