This 100% Viura, also known as Macabeo in Cava production, is organically grown in the Rioja region and will please Chardonnay or Viognier lovers, with its slight oakiness and round texture. Aromatics of lime zest and stone fruit compliment flavors of tarragon, ripe pear, and almonds on the palate. The subtle herby and nuttiness, in addition to its medium-body and long finish, make for a beautifully balanced, any time of year… or day wine! Pair with coconut curry or glazed lemon tea cake.
