"This Alsatian white has everything going for it: the generations of expertise from the Hugg family and the long warm days of Alsace, nestled between the Vosges Mountain range and the Rhine river basin. Traditional wine-making methods and time in large, old oak casks and vats, allow for the production of a golden tinged white made from 100% Pinot Blanc. Apple and pear flavors are followed by a hint of honeysuckle and hay that lead to a dry, balanced finish. Pair with a warm bowl of french onion soup or or a caramelized onion and butternut squash tart."
