
Handcrafted in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, Mondino is made with aromatic alpine herbs that are regionally sourced when possible. The oranges come from the Italian Amalfi coast or Spain and are always macerated fresh at peak ripeness. Fresh rhubarb imparts a pleasant sourness while gentian, an intensely blue-hued flower, provides a tangy, bitter flavor. Hibiscus flowers are also used to help this aperitivo achieve its striking red color. At 18% alcohol, it falls right in the middle of Aperol and Campari, so it elevates spritzes while taming Negronis!
