Fresh rhubarb imparts a pleasant sourness while gentian, an intensely blue-hued flower, provides a tangy, bitter flavor. Hibiscus flowers are also used to help this aperitivo achieve its striking red color. At 18% alcohol, it falls right in the middle of Aperol and Campari, so it elevates spritzes while taming Negronis!"
