"From the village of Baiily, the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne, this Brut Cremant is as close as you can get to true Champagne at a fraction of the cost. Made in the Champagne Method with Champagne varietals, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (as well as a little Gamay and Aligote), the vines are sustainably farmed, hand-harvested and vinified separately then blended and matured for the second fermentation in the bottle in a deep, cool, underground quarry. It is dry and crisp with notes of citrus and stone fruits, limestone minerality and a subtle toasty note on the finish. Pair with tuna tartare, sushi, raw bar or chocolate cake!"
