"Grown an hour outside of Rome on the edge of Umbria by Paolo and Noemia d’Amico, this blend of Garchetto, Trebbiano, and Pinot Grigio is a great-priced easy drinker. The grapes are grown organically and ferment in stainless steel, followed by 5 months aging also in stainless, set to the tune of classical music created by Noemia. The wine is dry and balanced, with aromas of white blossom and citrus, and flavors of white peach and a hint of pear. A perfect bottle to grab to splash into pasta sauces and light stews, then sip the rest alongside an Italian cheese like Taleggio."
