Real complexity with savoury notes of brambles and blackberries. Clean oak alongside the fruit with hyper-concentrated cherry and raspberry character and a fresh, aquiline finish. Shows ripe aromas of dark pinot fruit, cassis and cherry liqueur with good volume and persistence. The limestone-rich soils give a lot of freshness and powdery grip with sweet plum and ripe cherry flavors. From seven different parcels with vines aged 10 to 85 years old.
