Super bright red fruit, like freshly crushed cranberries. A delicious and bright wine with flavors of fresh cranberry, dusty soils, perfect for enjoying alongside any weekday winter time meal. From average 35 year-old Gamay vines in Saint Herblon, from a 2.5 ha single parcel on microgranite and schist. Hand harvested, de-stemmed, fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts, gently crushed in basket press, followed by fifteen-day maceration. Unique aging in large, very old Alsatian foudres, with fermentation lasting over 50 days. Organic certified, no added sulfur. By respected winemaker Rémi Sédès.
