From the southern sector of Vosne-Romanée near the Nuits-Saint-Georges border, planted on silty soils. Fine and elegant with aromas of strawberry, cherry, and underbrush. The palate is gentle yet deep and fleshy with powdery, fine tannins and beautiful acidity. Seductively perfumed with chiseled tension and lip-smacking saliva-inducing character. Less firmly tannic than Nuits wines with underlying elegance from sandy soils. Classic village Vosne-Romanée.
