
Beautiful and intense ruby color with a typical, clean and complex scent featuring intense hints of fresh red fruit and maraschino jam, wrapped in hints of vanilla. The taste is warm and frank, balanced, with an elegant spicy and toasted finish. Made from 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella, aged in cherry-wood barrels. Uses the traditional ripasso technique where Amarone grapes, skins and pomace are added triggering a second fermentation for additional complexity.
