
Pastry, baked apple, spice and floral notes. The nose recognizes aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, cherries and other red fruits, with a final mineral note reminiscent of chalk. Produced from 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier from Premier Cru classified vineyards. Aged 36 months on the lees. Family-owned producer from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ.
