This compelling 100% Fiano di Avellino comes from 35+ year old vines planted on steep clay and limestone soils with fossilized shells, at an altitude of 550 meters. Farming is organic and fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tank where the wine rests for an additional 3-4 months on its lees for added flavor and complexity. It’s light to medium bodied with fresh stone fruit and citrus flavors, herbal and floral notes with a crisp, clean mineral and acid-driven finish. Pairs well with barbecued prawns, sautéed scallops or an Insalata Caprese with fresh Burrata.
