
Made from twenty botanicals, all either herbs, leaves or seeds, half fresh and half dried. This is Faccia Brutto's take on a classic Italian bittersweet elixir, somewhere in-between Chartreuse and Genepy. Dried botanicals like lemon balm, anise hyssop, nettles and coriander are macerated for a full week, while fresh herbs like parsley, tarragon, bay leaves and marjoram are left overnight. Fresh herbs dominate on the nose, with notes of mint, thyme, and sage. Bottled at 45% abv.
