"This complex and compelling 50/50 blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo comes from the Demeter certified biodynamic farm of Sequerciani in the gentle, panoramic hills of Maremma, 200m above, and less than 10km from the sea. These native grapes are treated in the truest form of natural wine - indigenous yeast, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, additives, or added sulfites. Aged in clay amphora, Libello exhibits notes of leather, tobacco, ripe red fruit and cassis, with a silky but firm tannin structure, flinty minerality and lively acidity. Pair this beautifully balanced red with a Tuscan Antipasta or Pasta alla Pomarola with basil."
