"Light golden yellow, bright in color. Ample, full, floral nose with notes of broom and citrus. Satisfying, dry, fresh, mineral sip with great versatility. Made from 60% Carricante with Grecanico, Catarratto, and Minnella from Contrada Moganazzi and Contrada Mertoli on Etna's northern and eastern slopes at 650 meters altitude. Sandy, volcanic, mineral-rich soils. Hand-harvested in late September, whole bunch soft pressing, fermented at 20°C in stainless steel, aged 6 months in steel tanks."
