Named after the Puszta temperate grasslands of the Burgenland region of Austria, this light bodied red made by Claus Preisinger looks like a Mexican Coke bottle– and is just as refreshing. It’s made from 60% Zweigelt, 20% St. Laurent, and 20% Pinot Noir grapes all grown biodynamically and fermented in stainless steel. This wine is a real ‘glou glou’ with fresh notes of sour cherry and black raspberry, fine tannins, and a pleasant finish. Serve chilled with Birria Tacos.
